How does it work?

1. Use BellaVille's contact form to give us some information about the beauty product you want to buy. Give us as much information as possible to help us find the RIGHT item for you. Usually you may want to tell us things such as:
   • Brand name
   • Type of product
   • Color/ Flavor
   • Size (in g/ mL/ oz, et)
   • Include remarks such as limited editions, any special requests, specific country to buy, anything you may want us to know.
2. We go out to look for the products on your behalf. Send you a quotation within 48 hours.
3. Our quotation is valid for 7 days from the day we emailed you. Please be sure to confirm the order and make a payment to us as soon as possible, before our quotation expires. **Otherwise, you may have to wait for new quotes, since product prices may be changed over time and discounted prices may no longer be offered.
4. Once we received your payment, we prepare your package and ship it to you by air mail within 2 business days. The package normally takes 6-10 business day for delivery.
