Why do I not recognize the payment transaction that is charged by FullGrownhair.com on my credit card statement?
Credit card transaction may appear under another company name on the credit card statment. You will be informed by email for the company name associated with the transaction.
How long does it take for refunding my money?
It usually takes up to 4-6 weeks for processing credit card refund. If you do not receive the refund after four weeks, please contact us and we will always be happy to help and check the status of the refund processing.
